I graduated on March 23, 2018 after 3 years of training in the Nonindo France shiatsu school with Isabelle Laading, for a 3 1/2 year course in 5 phases.

"Of Japanese origin, the practice of shiatsu is based on the theories of traditional Chinese medicine. By pressure of the thumbs on the meridians and acupuncture points, shiatsu allows a body-mental energy rebalancing and brings relaxation and pacification of the body. It is a traditional shiatsu that is taught here: At each session the patient (clothed) receives a complete shiatsu, to which a specific shiatsu can be added to meet the needs of the moment. Some indications for which shiatsu is particularly effective: stress, nervousness, insomnia, emotional disturbances, back and joint pain, digestive problems, premenstrual syndrome, headaches.

This practice is entirely in line with our search for well-being, respect for nature and self-discovery. Above all, it is an important personal enrichment for me, through the discovery of the meridians, the energy of the body, Chinese medicine and I hope to soon be able to introduce you to this well-being.

Progress of the Session

  1. Preheating : 40 to 50 minutes
