Discover the "Nature" room, a charming 16 m² duplex in a wooden chalet spirit. A little cocoon of serenity opening directly onto our peaceful garden to the west of the property. Nestled away, this single-storey room offers absolute tranquility, ideal for a relaxing getaway with a view of the mountain and donkeys.

Access is via the lounge area, warm around a wood stove, perfect for moments of relaxation.
Mezzanine offering a relaxation area or extra sleeping space for a child.
The bathroom with shower, toilet and separate sink are accessible from the entrance.
Basic kitchenette with kettle, small fridge and microwave/grill, portable induction hob and some utensils
Lower half level:
Two 80 cm single beds, which can be joined together to form a comfortable 160 cm double bed.

Ideal for solo or duo stays with its 2 modular beds.
internal communication option with the duplex of the Le Plessis room possible for tribes.
Access is via a sloping path , so we recommend that you wear suitable shoes for your comfort. Inside, the wooden floor invites you to take off your shoes; don't forget to bring your slippers.
Room not recommended for people with mobility difficulties.
For families with young children , we provide everything you need free of charge: baby bed, high chair, changing mat, baby carrier, stroller and toilet seat. As parents of two children ourselves, we understand the importance of this equipment for a worry-free stay.

"Of Japanese origin, the practice of shiatsu is based on the theories of traditional Chinese medicine. By pressure of the thumbs on the meridians and acupuncture points, shiatsu allows a body-mental energy rebalancing and brings relaxation and pacification of the body. It is a traditional shiatsu that is taught here: At each session the patient (clothed) receives a complete shiatsu, to which a specific shiatsu can be added to meet the needs of the moment. Some indications for which shiatsu is particularly effective: stress, nervousness, insomnia, emotional disturbances, back and joint pain, digestive problems, premenstrual syndrome, headaches.
This practice is entirely in line with our search for well-being, respect for nature and self-discovery. Above all, it is an important personal enrichment for me, through the discovery of the meridians, the energy of the body, Chinese medicine and I hope to soon be able to introduce you to this well-being.

Our infrared cabin is ideal for those looking for gentler heat, directly and deeply heating the body to around 60°C. Benefits include intense sweating which removes not only water, but also fats and toxins, leaving your skin revitalized and breathable.

Why Choose Infrared Heat?
Unlike traditional saunas which heat the ambient air to high temperatures (80°-100°C), our infrared sauna heats your body directly, providing a more comfortable experience at a pleasant ambient temperature (40°-60°C). This heat penetrates up to 4 millimeters into the body, stimulating blood circulation and promoting deep sweating which eliminates heavy metals and reduces cellulite.
Progress of the Session
- Preheating : 40 to 50 minutes
- Hydration : Drink mineral water before and after the session, possibly with fruit juice to normalize calcium levels
- Position : Sit for even heat
- Sweating : Start sweating quickly
- Recovery : Wrap yourself in a bathrobe and relax for 5-10 minutes after the session
